How do I start using Metal X?

The first step is creating a free XPR Network account, which can be done on the Webauth Wallet that is available on Android, iOS and web. You can then deposit supported cryptos to the WebAuth.com wallet and connect your wallet to Metal X.

What wallet should I use to use Metal X?

You can use any wallet that supports the XPR Network. We recommend using the WebAuth Wallet that is available on Android, iOS and web.

Is it true that there are no gas or transaction fees to use Metal X?

The XPR Network blockchain charges no gas or mining fees to end-users – transactions on XPR Network are free.

Metal X does have trading fees that can be reduced.

Is it true that there are no trading fees on the XBTC/XMD pair?

Yes it's true, there are no fees on the XBTC_XMD trading pair. That is no transaction fees AND no trading fees. Only on Metal X.

Do I need to verify my identity to use Metal X?

Metal X requires that users verify their identity in order to safeguard the integrity of the platform and reduce the risk of fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, and the violation of sanctions. As such all users will need to verify their identity, to use the platform.
